  • How do I start?

    Please complete the enquiry form and I will contact you within 24 hours to arrange suitable time for us to speak to discuss your goals and your requirements.  This is also important to ensure that we are the right fit for working together.

  • I am not UK based. Can I still join?

    Yes! I work with people all over the world 


  • I am only able to work out from home- can I still join?

    Absolutely, all the workouts are tailored to you and what equipment you have available.  I can recommend equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands for home workouts. 

  • Will I have to spend hours exercising?

    No! The aim is to get results without spending hours in the gym or home.  Workouts will be effective and will take into consideration injuries, likes and dislikes. The workout plan will be easily integrated into your current lifestyle and should be enjoyable.  I usually recommend working out 3-5 times a week for the best results.

  • I have a really busy lifestyle, I don’t think I will have time?

    There is always time!  Part of our journey together will be me supporting you to incorporate your new routine into your lifestyle.  I will support you to do this.

  • I am worried about the meals being boring- what are they like?

    During our consultation, I will ask you about your likes and dislikes and the type of meal you love to eat. TI will always try and  incorporate these in your plan.  You will also have access to brand new recipes.  If there is anything you don’t like we can simply swap it.

  • I am worried the plan will be too restrictive?

    I firmly believe in a flexible approach and a plan that allows you to still enjoy all the foods you love.  I won’t be telling you what you can and can’t eat.  I will instead help educate you into making sensible food choices so that you do not feel restricted but instead are creating long term habits.  I like to keep nutrition simple and can adopt a number of approaches depending on your lifestyle.

  • What is the minimum joining period?

    The minimum initial joining period is 4 months but you are welcome to stay as long as you like!
