Katie Vinten: the midlife elevation coach

Helping midlife perimenopausal women optimise their health so they can lose weight and build strong confident bodies they are obsessed with and NEVER chase the scale again!

About me

Hello, I’m Katie.

Boy mum of two, ex–financial services professional turned health and fitness coach (and a recovering “I’ll start again Monday” victim).

For nearly 15 years, I worked in financial services.
It was a “good job” - stable, secure, sensible. It was the kind of job you stay in because that’s what you’re supposed to do.

And on the outside, I had it all together. But behind the scenes, I was MISERABLE.

For 13 years, I trained consistently. I showed up. I did all the “right things,” but my body didn’t reflect it.

I was always just a bit overweight, constantly chasing a version of myself that felt completely out of reach.

It was the same cycle on repeat:

Be “good” all week (strict food rules, chicken, broccoli, no carbs). Then the weekend would come, and everything would unravel-  cue guilt, regret, and the familiar promise: “I’ll start again Monday.”

And if I’m honest, it wasn’t just about my body.

I had no confidence. I always put myself last. My sleep was poor. My hormones felt completely out of balance.

I dreaded social occasions and the inevitable question of what to wear.
I treated my body like something that needed fixing, rather than something to be looked after.

I was constantly pouring into everyone else while running on empty.

And the cycle only got worse.

I became a yo-yo dieter.
I tried every diet under the sun, and it was always the same pattern: lose weight quickly, gain it back even faster, and feel worse each time.

Until one day, it hit me.

I was telling my children to love themselves, while showing them the complete opposite.

That was a turning point. I knew something had to change.

So I hired a coach, and yes, it felt uncomfortable.
It felt like admitting I had failed.

But it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Because this time, it wasn’t about punishing myself into a smaller body.

For the first time, I learned how to truly look after myself. I began to feel strong, energised, and confident.

I slept better.
I enjoyed buying clothes again.
I could look in the mirror and genuinely feel good about what I saw.

I trained because I wanted to feel strong - not because I needed to burn calories.

And my life transformed.

I became the woman I had always known I could be.

A better mum. A better partner.
More patient. More present.

I could show up fully for my family without feeling drained, guilty, or constantly “on a diet.”

And for the first time in a long time, I felt proud of myself.

That’s when I realised, there are SO MANY WOMEN living exactly as I was.

Doing everything “right,” yet still feeling stuck, frustrated, and exhausted from constantly starting over.

So I made a bold decision. I walked away from my 15-year career. Now, I help midlife women do what I finally did:

Not just lose weight, but step into an entirely NEW IDENTITY.

The woman who:

  • Feels strong and confident in her body (and actually LOVES  what she sees in the mirror)

  • Who is done putting herself last

  • Who wakes up with so much energy, excited for the day

  • And no longer accepts “this is just how it is” in midlife

Because it’s not.

Together, we break the all-or-nothing cycle,
rebuild real, unshakeable confidence,

Yes, you’ll lose weight, but that’s just the cherry on top.

You’ll get so much more than that:

You’ll step into your confident era, where your energy is through the roof,

You will have a body you are OBSESSED with and finally feel like the woman you were always meant to be

Because once you feel like that…

You’re not going back.

Yes, you will lose weight, but that is just the beginning.

You will gain so much more than that.

You will step into a version of yourself who feels energised, confident, and fully aligned with who she is.

And once you feel like that, there is no going back.

You are in the right place. Welcome 💜
