About me

After nearly 15 years in financial services, I made the decision to shift my career toward the health and fitness industry. My own journey sparked a desire to help women feel confident in their own skin while reaching the aesthetic goals they've always dreamed of.

For 13 years, despite staying active and training regularly, I struggled to achieve my own goals. I was always "just a bit overweight" and caught in the cycle of the "I'll start again on Monday" mindset. I’d stay disciplined during the week, but by the weekend, the restrictions would lead to overindulgence and bingeing, leaving me trapped in a loop of unhealthy habits and growing frustration with my body.

As a Mum of two amazing boys, I yo-yo dieted after each pregnancy, losing weight quickly through extreme cardio and restrictive diets. But that approach left me with a strained relationship with food and my body. Eventually, I realised I couldn’t continue down this path—I wasn’t happy, and I wasn’t setting the right example for my kids. I knew something had to change.

With the guidance of my own coach, I finally found balance. Now, I enjoy the foods I love, and exercise has become a source of joy, not punishment. I've learned to love my body, feel strong, and embrace happiness—and I'm here to help you do the same!

I will be on hand to check the form of exercises if there is uncertainty.  These videos can be sent through the app.
